Review

I loved reading this book! The ending was perfect and the “Naked Thursdays” part made me laugh out loud. The plot was so well created and you felt for each character. The torment that Amun was going though with being possessed with hundreds of demon minions and how the key to his salvation was Haidee; a hunter and an enemy of the Lords was brilliant. Haidee being the ice and Amun the fire. Haidee was an easy character to love, she is strong was powerful but she also carries with her a vulnerability and gentle side. I loved how Amun could only communicate telepathically due to him being the keeper of secrets, it added a great dimension to the book. Lots of twists and turns to keep you on your toes, as well as some hot steamy scenes that were hot! Hot! Hot! I couldn’t stop reading from start to finish.

Review

This was great! Totally surpassed my expectations. I loved it, I couldn't stop reading from the second I started reading and I didn't want to stop! This was definitely one of the better werewolf stories I have read in a while. I loved the characters, I love the way Flint protected Jessica right from the start. Her boyfriend Steve was a total jack-ass and I was glad when he was finally out of the picture. He just expected Jessica to be enthusiastic with camping when she wasn’t used to the outdoors nor an out-door type, he treated her like a joke as she explains to Flint herself;

“When he invited me up here, to go camping with he and his friends? I thought to myself ‘well he knows I’m not the outdoors type, but he must be serious about this relationship if he wants me to go away with him’. But this has been the week from hell! He and his friends have done nothing but laugh at me, because I couldn’t put up a tent, I couldn’t start a fire, I couldn’t cook over the flames and I hate using trees as bathrooms!”.

I wouldn’t be keen to pee behind a tree either. When Flint took it upon himself to see Jessica safe and take her to Anchorage I was pleased as punch, goodbye Steve. After a steamy romp with Flint, this get a little complicated but everything works itself out and Jessica finds the place where she truly belongs and will live the rest of her life happy.  This was so well written, it flowed so smoothly and the information about the Tribe and its ways were told in a way that didn't leave you confused or feeling over-loaded with information. A brilliant novella.

Review

I was a little sceptical when I read the description but I decided to give it a go due to my love of a previous free eBook (Claimed) by this great writer and I wasn't disappointed in the least, so glad I read this. Bianca has big dreams, seeing beyond the tribe upbringing, wanting to go away and study at University, talking about it with her friend Derik who happens to be the brother of Declan. Unfortunately for Bianca her plans go to the way side when she changes into a werewolf, the first female Lokoti werewolf to be exact and is forced to take a mate. Delcan started off like such an ass and a jerk! There were moments when I just wanted to punch him in the face! Like when he was first with Bianca;

“It’s not like I have a lot of options, with you being the only girl around that I can do this to, without accidently killing her or worse, turning her”

Then he grew into this amazing guy and Bianca and he were so perfect together. When everything with Grant happened I was thinking hell no! This can't be happening! There is so much action in this mixed with some steamy scenes to create the perfect balance. A fantastic read.
